Starting from August 31, residents across Phu Tho Province, from central urban areas to remote highlands joyfully received gifts from the Government on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day. Happiness shone in the eyes of citizens everywhere. These were not only practical gifts but also a reflection of the care and attention of the Party and the State for all citizens.
From the afternoon of August 31, the cultural house of group 9 - Thinh Lang, Hoa Binh ward was crowded and bustling. Nearly 200 households came to register for their gifts, and within just one afternoon, almost all distributions were completed; only 20 households were not at home and came to receive them in the evening.

Residents registered their household information and happily received the gift of VND 100,000 per person.
Hoa Binh Ward, the most populous in the province ensured early distribution of the State’s gifts for citizens to celebrate Independence Day. Officials of the People’s Committee, neighborhood representatives, and local police coordinated seamlessly to deliver the gifts quickly, accurately, and fairly without omissions or duplication.

Residents expressed their joy upon receiving Independence Day gifts.
In remote, mountainous, and ethnic minority areas, the distribution of gifts also proceeded swiftly. Since the afternoon of August 31, Lạc Thuy commune delivered the gifts. To ensure urgency, transparency, and accuracy, all gifts had to reach the people before the holiday, Lac Thuy police mobilized 100% of their force to conduct a comprehensive review of all residents.
In Pa Co Commune, home to more than 11,000 Mong ethnic residents, each person also received VND 100,000 from the State in a festive yet orderly atmosphere. For people in the highlands, this gift was meaningful. Above all, they felt the profound care of the Party, the State, and local authorities.
To ensure quick delivery of gifts, the Chairman of the Phu Tho Provincial People’s Committee issued prompt and flexible instructions, requiring that all gifts be transferred to citizens before National Day, either by bank transfer or direct distribution. Each person across the province received VND 100,000.
Regardless of region, age, ethnicity, or religion, every citizen was cared for and received gifts from the State. Though modest in value, these gifts carried great meaning, allowing all to share in the collective joy of Independence Day and symbolizing respect, solidarity and unity. More than 100 million citizens stood equal, connected in building the strength of Vietnam.
