To maintain food safety and cleanliness, completed fermented pork roll is vacuum-packed and stored in the refrigerator at 0-5 degrees Celsius for 60 days (from the date of manufacture).

The Phuoc Duyen fermented pork roll production plant sells two to three thousand spring rolls per day on average; employs 7 - 8 permanent workers and 10 - 12 seasonal workers with an average monthly wage of VND 3 million; and makes around VND 360 million after deducting expenditures.
