Concluding the working session, Chairman of the PPC Tran Duy Dong acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts of Viet Tri Ward in stabilizing the organizational structure, resolving administrative procedures, and developing the socio-economic sector. He emphasized: As the central ward of the province, every official, Party member, and citizen of Viet Tri Ward must clearly define their position and responsibility. They must closely follow the resolutions of the Provincial Party Congress and the Ward Party Congress, concretizing them into specific schemes, programs, and projects.
Regarding the Ward’s petitions and proposals, the Chairman of the PPC agreed in principle to the implementation of the project to renovate the Hung Vuong Square and Dong Can Lake area; relocate the Viet Tri Coach Station to a new location; and concurrently convert the site of the former coach station into a park and green space combined with public parking, creating an open green space that contributes to improving the urban landscape and forming a community activity highlight for the central area; and to renovate, repair, and upgrade the workplace of the Ward Party Committee - People’s Council - People’s Committee of Viet Tri Ward.

Chairman of the PPC Tran Duy Dong hears reports on the progress of the Southwest of Viet Tri Urban Area – PALM MANOR Project.

The Chairman of the PPC requested Viet Tri Ward, Van Phu Ward, and Hy Cuong Commune to proactively coordinate with relevant departments, sectors, and investors to effectively conduct site clearance; approve the planning and landscape design of the projects to ensure harmony and suitability with the overall development space; and mobilize resources to implement the projects.
The Chairman of the PPC assigned Viet Tri Ward and the Departments/Agencies of Finance, Construction, Agriculture and Environment, Provincial Inspectorate, and Provincial Police to urgently review and remove difficulties and bottlenecks for Toan Cau Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company (GP Invert) to accelerate the implementation progress of the PALM MANOR Urban Area Project; consider and respond to petitions and ensure the legal and legitimate rights of the people in the project area, avoiding complaints and maintaining security and order. Furthermore, the investor, GP Invert, needs to complete related legal procedures and submit them to competent authorities for approval to implement Phase 2 of the project, creating an urban space highlight.
