Tasco Breaks Ground on Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside Luxury Villa Project

On the morning of March 1, Tasco Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside luxury villa area on Anh Dung Street, Thanh Mieu Ward. The event was attended by Mr. Phan Trong Tan — Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, along with leaders of various provincial departments and sectors.

Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside is one of the pioneering projects implementing the Phu Tho Provincial Party Standing Committee’s policy on the master plan to relocate industrial production facilities with environmental pollution risks out of the inner-city areas of Viet Tri (formerly). The project is situated in a “prime location” on Anh Dung Street, Thanh Mieu Ward, nestled between two vital traffic arteries: Hung Vuong Boulevard and Lac Long Quan Street.

The project is developed as an exclusive, gated luxury villa community with a limited scale of 92 standalone villas, each averaging 300m2. The overall architectural theme follows Indochine and Tropical styles, with a low construction density of under 60%. The master plan allocates significant space for lake systems and greenery, creating an ecologically balanced living environment in harmony with nature. Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside features a detailed 1/500 planning scheme and modern architectural designs, offering sophisticated and luxurious living spaces.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Phan Trong Tan emphasized: "The commencement of this project holds great significance, marking a new step in the process of urban renovation and reconstruction of Viet Tri toward a civilized, modern, and sustainable direction." He affirmed that the project not only provides high-quality housing products but also contributes to completing technical and social infrastructure, enhancing living space quality and the appearance of the central urban area.

The Vice Chairman requested the developer and contractors to mobilize maximum resources, manpower, and equipment to ensure scientific implementation, construction progress, and quality. He stressed strict compliance with regulations regarding planning, construction, labor safety, and environmental protection. Relevant departments and the Thanh Mieu Ward People’s Committee were urged to continue their companionship, proactively coordinate, and promptly resolve difficulties to ensure the project’s early completion and operation.

With meticulous preparation, a long-term planning vision, the developer’s determination, and the local government’s support, the Viet Tri Legacy Lakeside luxury villa area is expected to become a new architectural highlight. It aims to elevate the urban landscape of Phu Tho province and promote local socio-economic development in the coming period.
