Specialties of the death anniversary of Thuy To Quoc Mau
Every year, on the 10th date of the 10th lunar month, at Tien Temple, People's Committee of Tien Cat Ward, Viet Tri City organized the death anniversary of Thuy To Quoc Mau. Legend has it that she was the queen of King Kinh Duong Vuong, who was credited with giving birth and bringing up Father Lac Long Quan. The death anniversary of Thuy To Quoc Mau took place with many special activities including ceremonies and festivals, aiming to show respect and gratitude to predecessors in the early days of building the country, affirming national pride and tradition of protection and solidarity, "when drinking water, remember the source" of the people of the ancestral land in particular and the people of the country in general.
