Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Duc Hinh Visits and Works at the Vinh Phuc Commune Public Service Center
On September 5, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Tho Province, visited and worked at the Vinh Phuc Commune Public Service Center.
Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Bui Duc Hinh Listens to Citizens’ Feedback
Mr. Bui Duc Hinh directly inspected the facility, equipment, the assignment and arrangement of staff working at the center, as well as the procedures for receiving and processing administrative paperwork for local residents and businesses. He also met with and listened to citizens’ feedback regarding the challenges, advantages, and the attitude of the staff during the process of handling administrative procedures under the two-level local government model.
Acknowledging the serious and responsible working spirit of the staff at the Vinh Phuc Commune Public Service Center, Deputy Secretary Bui Duc Hinh urged the Vinh Phuc Commune People’s Committee to continue to strengthen public awareness campaigns to help residents understand and effectively use digital public services. The leadership of Vinh Phuc Commune needs to stay more closely involved with the work, promptly resolve any difficulties or obstacles, and immediately address any incidents to avoid congestion or interruptions that may affect the resolution of administrative procedures for citizens and businesses.
