Focus on Socio-Economic Development in the Final Months of the Year

On the afternoon of September 11, Comrade Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, along with the Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People’s Committee, chaired the August administrative meeting to review the socio-economic development situation for August and the first nine months of 2025. The meeting also considered and provided feedback on draft documents for approval by the Provincial People’s Committee and other matters related to the management and direction of the provincial government.

In the first nine months of 2025, thanks to proactive, creative, and flexible leadership and management by the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, and People’s Committee, as well as the consensus from all levels of society and businesses, the province’s socio-economic development achieved comprehensive results. The Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) grew by 10% compared to the same period last year, with industry and construction up 14.6%, services up 8.3%, and agriculture, forestry, and fishery up 3.3%. Estimated state revenue reached 42 trillion VND, 103.9% of the central government’s target, and 93.2% of the provincial People’s Council’s target. The investment and business environment continued to improve, with investment capital mobilization exceeding 300 trillion VND, and public investment disbursement reaching 74.4% of the target set by the Prime Minister.

During the meeting, delegates reviewed 22 draft reports and proposals from various sectors and fields, including 7 reports and 7 proposals for the Provincial People’s Council to issue resolutions, and 8 proposals for issuing decisions by the Provincial People’s Committee.

Concluding the meeting, Chairman Tran Duy Dong called for all departments, sectors, and localities to continue effectively implementing the reorganization of administrative agencies towards a streamlined, efficient, and effective structure. The focus should be on synchronously and effectively implementing socio-economic development tasks and solutions in line with the resolutions and conclusions of the Central Party, National Assembly, Government, Prime Minister’s directives, as well as the plans and programs of the Provincial Party Committee and Provincial People’s Council. They should also coordinate with the Sub-committees, Party Committees, and relevant agencies to prepare thoroughly for the upcoming 2025-2030 Provincial Party Congress, as well as the National Party Congress.
