On December 31, Doanh Gia Construction Consulting and Trading Joint Stock Company held the groundbreaking ceremony for the High-Rise Social Housing Project for Workers in the Goc Nu area, Vinh Phuc Ward. This marks the 11th social housing project to commence construction in 2025 and the 6th following the merger of the three provinces.

The High-Rise Social Housing Project in the Goc Nu area, Vinh Phuc Ward, Phu Tho Province, was approved by the Provincial People’s Committee for investment and land allocation in accordance with regulations. The objective is to build a modern, synchronous social housing area with state-supported pricing under social housing policies. Upon completion, the project will provide 559 social housing apartments, meeting a significant portion of the demand for affordable housing among citizens, officials, and workers in the area. This project will establish a residential zone with a favorable location and synchronous infrastructure, contributing to the local socio-economic development.

Comrades Tran Duy Dong - Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; Vu Viet Van - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee; and Nguyen Minh Tuan - Director of the Provincial Police, presented flowers to congratulate the investor.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Vu Viet Van highly praised the efforts and determination of the investor, provincial departments, the Vinh Phuc Ward authorities, and relevant agencies in coordinating the necessary procedures to break ground on the project.
He affirmed that this ceremony marks another important milestone in the province’s social housing development, contributing to the fulfillment of targets set out in the social housing development scheme assigned by the Prime Minister.
Vice Chairman requested the investor to concentrate resources on construction to ensure quality and the committed schedule at a reasonable price, while strictly complying with legal regulations regarding planning, land, investment, construction, environmental protection, and other related provisions.
The commencement of this project not only addresses the urgent housing needs of workers and laborers but also contributes to improving the quality of life for the people, promoting sustainable urban development, and creating a driving force for the province’s socio-economic growth in the new era.
