The Trade Union Housing Complex Project has a total area of 27,840m2, comprising four 15-story towers, providing 1,337 apartments and 52 adjacent townhouses. Each apartment is optimized for functional use, maximizing natural light and ventilation, ensuring a comfortable and airy living environment for residents. The project aims to become a model housing area, meeting the accommodation needs of workers, laborers, and experts working in the area, thereby contributing to promoting civilized, modern, and sustainable urban development, and helping Phu Tho Province soon complete the goal of building 64,400 units of social housing.

Affirming that this is the eighth social housing project to commence construction in 2025, Chairman of the PPC Tran Duy Dong emphasized: In recent years, Phu Tho Province has focused on attracting investment and implementing numerous urban infrastructure projects related to transport, power supply, and water supply/drainage, gradually contributing to the formation of infrastructure and the urban appearance of the former Binh Xuyen district area. In particular, the province has focused on directing the implementation of several social housing and worker housing projects to help ensure the peace of mind and stability in the lives of officials and citizens.

To ensure the project is completed on schedule, Chairman of the PPC Tran Duy Dong requested the investor to focus resources, personnel, and finance to implement the project on time and with quality construction, striving to have housing products available for the market in the third quarter of 2026. Additionally, they must continue to coordinate with specialized agencies and local authorities to complete the remaining legal procedures for the project in accordance with the law.
