Lion-Dragon Dance Performance
On April 15 (lunar March 7th), the Lion and Dragon Tam Hiep Club of Phuc Tho district, Ha Noi, performed a Lion- Dragon dance in the Hung King Temple Historical Relic Area.
The Lion Dragon Tam Hiep Club, located in Hanoi’s Phuc Tho neighborhood, was founded in March 2001 with the goal of restoring and conserving the nation’s traditional cultural beauty. Initially, the squad consisted of only ten individuals. After more than 23 years of learning, researching, and practicing, the Lion Lion Dragon Tam Hiep Club has progressively expanded and achieved great success. The group presently has about 40 members. In addition to attempting to improve their own performance talents, the members routinely learn, collect, and produce traditional performances, and their skills are becoming more beautiful.
The Lion Dragon Tam Hiep Club performed during this year’s Hung King Temple Festival, combining beautiful and flexible dance performances with busy music to create a bright and energetic environment. Club members displayed precision and synchronicity in each movement, coordinating Unicorn, Lion, and Dragon to produce an appealing presentation. The program has drawn a big number of tourists from all around the world, making it a standout feature of this year’s festival venue.
