Leaders of the Department of Construction report at the meeting.

Regarding social housing projects across the province, Vice Chairman Vu Viet Van requested the Department of Construction to regularly review and urge the progress of ongoing and planned social housing and worker housing projects. Projects that are delayed due to subjective causes on the part of investors must be dealt with firmly. At the same time, strict control must be maintained over construction quality, technical standards and synchronized infrastructure connections.

Relevant departments, agencies and localities were asked to coordinate actively to accelerate site clearance, strengthen communication and mobilization efforts, and build consensus among local residents, ensuring that prolonged site-clearance procedures do not affect project implementation schedules.
