Tan Son: Investing nearly 15 billion VND to renovate and embellish urban areas
In order to change the appearance of class V urban areas, create favorable conditions for socio-economic development, and improve the quality of life of ethnic minorities in the area, Tan Son district has invested nearly 15 billion VND in renovation and embellishment of a number of main roads and other public works in the central area of the district.
Accordingly, the invested projects include: Renovating and embellishing the sidewalk system, lighting system of main roads in the district center; Complete the technical infrastructure system of walkways, flower gardens, trees, lighting system, drainage system of the central square in front of the district People’s Committee headquarter ... Up to now, the project has been completed basically. The construction unit is rushing to complete a number of items such as: paving the square, planting flowers, trees and installing decorative lighting systems.
It is expected that the project will be completed and put into use in October 2024 to meet the people’s travel needs; At the same time, expand development space and create landscape for urban areas in mountainous districts; Gradually complete the infrastructure system in the district center as well as contribute to accelerating the progress of upgrading Tan Phu commune to a town.
