With its strategic location, Phu Tho has favorable conditions for economic growth and trade with both domestic and international markets.

Both sides highlighted progress in bilateral relations, particularly following the visit of a senior delegation from Phu Tho to Israel in August 2019. Phu Tho province has collaborated with Israel in education, facilitating exchanges of lecturers and interns between Hung Vuong University and Israeli institutions. Since 2013, nearly 200 students from the university have interned in Israel, gaining valuable experience in modern agriculture. Some alumni have successfully launched high-tech agricultural businesses, while others have become agricultural experts working in developed European countries.
