Promoting the spirit of initiative, volunteerism and enthusiasm of youth, union levels across the province have implemented many exciting and practical volunteer activities, attracting a large number of union members and young people (DVTN) to join. Thereby, it has created a widespread influence in the community, contributing to building a beautiful image of the green volunteer shirt.
