To mark the 80th anniversary of the National Day of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam (September 2, 1945 – September 2, 2025), 80 major works and projects nationwide are being simultaneously commenced or inaugurated in both in-person and online formats across the North, Central, and South regions. In Phu Tho Province, three selected projects are being launched or inaugurated during this occasion: the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park Project; the Yen Lac Regional Medical Center Project; and the Phu Tho Provincial Cultural and Arts House Project.

Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park – a prime destination for investors

In preparation for the Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park Project, the investor — Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Co.,Ltd. — has closely coordinated with provincial departments, sectors, and localities to accelerate site clearance for Phase I and land handover, and to complete legal procedures such as the environmental impact assessment report, fire prevention and fighting design, feasibility study report, and construction permit. The necessary preparations are underway for a solemn groundbreaking ceremony connected online with venues nationwide.

According to Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Co., Ltd., the project covers 295.74 hectares with a total investment of over VND 2.2 trillion, including 200.41 hectares of leasable industrial land, accounting for more than 69% of the area, located in Binh Nguyen and Xuan Lang communes. The park is being developed under the green–smart–sustainable model, integrating modern infrastructure, advanced technologies, and international environmental standards. It is being built by CNCTech Industrial, a leading infrastructure developer in Vietnam, offering a comprehensive ecosystem of solutions in industry, logistics, manufacturing, and supporting industries. Once completed, Nam Binh Xuyen Industrial Park will be among the most modern manufacturing hubs in northern Vietnam, attracting a wide range of industries such as electronics, technology, mechanical engineering, supporting industries, and logistics. A dedicated subzone has been planned for the semiconductor and high-tech industries, ready to capture the global supply chain shift and the trend toward smart manufacturing.

For the Yen Lac Regional Medical Center construction and upgrade project, the investor and contractors have completed the facility and are working with relevant agencies to finalize acceptance procedures, project handover, and ensure aesthetic and quality standards.

Yen Lac Regional Medical Center – a trusted healthcare destination for locals and neighboring areas

To ensure a dignified inauguration, following the onsite inspection led by Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu in late July, the Vinh Phuc Regional Project Management Board is coordinating with stakeholders to complete acceptance and handover procedures, and with the Yen Lac Commune People’s Committee to enhance publicity and decorate the site with flags, flowers, and welcoming gates. “We commit that immediately after the inauguration during the 80th National Day celebrations on September 2, we will direct contractors to focus resources on completing Phase II of the project by December 2025, which includes: the emergency hall of the technical operations building, the infectious diseases building, the duty building, the main and side gates, the perimeter fence, and external technical infrastructure,” shared Mr. Ta Van Hung.

Phu Tho Provincial Cultural and Arts House – a modern facility with 1,000 seats

According to the Phu Tho Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism, the Cultural and Arts House project covers nearly 18,000 square meters, with a total investment of nearly VND 426 billion and a seating capacity of 1,000. Construction began in April 2022 at Hung Vuong Square and includes three above-ground floors, one basement, and one rooftop level. Although the project has faced challenges related to site clearance, funding, and human resources, the Department has strengthened inspection, supervision, and progress monitoring of contractors, and promptly addressed arising issues. It has committed to ensuring construction quality and completing the project within the planned timeline.
