On the morning of September 17, at the Dao Dua Ecotourism Area, the People’s Committee of Tien Phong Commune, Phu Tho Province organized a conference with enterprises and cooperatives to exchange information on cultural and tourism promotion activities in the locality.

Overview of the conference.
Tien Phong Commune was established following the merger of Tien Phong and Vay Nua communes. The new commune has more than 124km2 and a population of over 5,200.
Currently, the commune has five enterprises in operation, with a total registered capital exceeding VND 50 billion, as well as seven cooperatives, three of which specialize in tourism.
These economic models have created jobs and improved incomes for local residents. A notable example is the Da Giang ECO Cooperative, which specializes in farming specialty cage fish and has been recognized with three 3-star OCOP products. In addition, several tourism facilities such as Mada Lodge, Vayang Retreat, Dao Dua, and Thac Bo Temple have contributed to attracting visitors, gradually making Tien Phong a prominent destination for ecotourism and community-based tourism.
At the meeting, delegates highly appreciated Tien Phong’s development potential, especially within the planning framework of Hoa Binh Lake National Tourism Area.
Representatives of the Tien Phong Commune People’s Committee affirmed their commitment to resolving challenges, enhancing infrastructure investment, developing distinctive tourism products linked with local culture, and strengthening tourism promotion.
With the support of local authorities and the collaboration between enterprises and cooperatives, Tien Phong Commune aspires to become an attractive destination.
