Construction is progressing rapidly on a series of core infrastructure components at the Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park, with contractors working around the clock to complete the first development phase on schedule. The accelerated construction not only demonstrates the investor’s commitment but also positions the locality to capitalize on the ongoing global supply chain shift.

Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park is being developed as a green, smart and environmentally friendly industrial park.
The Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Industrial Park covers nearly 300 hectares with a total investment of more than VND 2.2 trillion. Developed by Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park Development Co., Ltd., the project is located in Binh Nguyen and Xuan Lang communes. More than 200 hectares—equivalent to over 69 percent of the total area—are designated for industrial land available for lease and ready-built factory facilities.
The project is being developed by CNCIndustrial, the industrial solutions arm of CNCTech Group, following a green, smart and sustainable development model. It integrates modern infrastructure with advanced technologies that meet international environmental standards. The industrial park is expected to become one of Northern Vietnam’s leading high-tech manufacturing hubs, attracting industries such as electronics, precision engineering, supporting industries, logistics and, in particular, the semiconductor sector.
To meet the stringent Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) standards required by multinational corporations, the investor has integrated advanced technology and energy solutions throughout the project. Highlights include an AI-powered Intelligent Management System (AI–IMS) operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week. In addition, rooftop solar power with a planned capacity of up to 102 MVA will help tenant enterprises optimize operating costs while significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

The wastewater treatment plant is equipped with advanced technology and has a first-phase treatment capacity of 4,000 cubic metres per day.
The project’s technical infrastructure has been comprehensively planned and specially designed to satisfy the demanding technical requirements of high-tech industries. Electricity will be supplied through a 110/22kV substation with a capacity of three 63 MVA transformers, supported by a modern underground ring-network system to ensure a stable power supply and eliminate the risk of production interruptions.
A dedicated water treatment plant with an initial capacity of 10,000 cubic metres per day will provide high-quality water that meets the strict standards required by semiconductor and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Environmental protection is further strengthened by a wastewater treatment plant with a planned capacity of up to 20,000 cubic metres per day, ensuring discharged water meets Class A environmental standards. In addition, the project allocates 35 hectares for green space and 15 hectares for an ecological lake system integrated with landscaped waterways, creating a healthy working environment while supporting the development of a sustainable circular economy.

Contractors have mobilized maximum manpower and equipment to accelerate construction of key infrastructure components at Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park.
Construction activity at the site has intensified in recent weeks as contractors work continuously to fulfill commitments on delivering cleared industrial land and synchronized infrastructure to strategic investors. Resources have been fully mobilized to maintain multiple construction fronts and ensure the project remains on schedule.
Mr. Nguyen Van Dang, a technical engineer from Vinastartup Vinh Phuc Joint Stock Company, one of the project’s contractors, said that favorable weather conditions had enabled the company to increase its workforce and deploy additional specialized machinery and equipment. Around 40 skilled workers and dozens of machines are operating on site daily. Alongside completing road foundations and drainage systems, the contractor is focusing on landscaping, turf installation and tree planting along the project’s main roads.

Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park is gradually taking shape as a model eco-industrial park.
According to the project investor, after nearly one year of construction, the industrial park is steadily emerging as a model eco-industrial development. Core infrastructure, including land leveling, internal roads, electricity and water systems, green landscapes and ecological lakes, is being implemented simultaneously. To date, more than 90 percent of the first 50-hectare development phase has been completed. The first subdivision is expected to meet all required standards and welcome its first investors to begin factory construction in July 2026.
With its modern planning, strategic location and comprehensive supporting ecosystem, Nam Binh Xuyen Green Park is expected not only to become a benchmark for eco-industrial infrastructure but also to emerge as a new industrial, logistics and high-tech manufacturing center in Northern Vietnam, contributing to Phu Tho Province’s ambition of becoming one of the country’s leading investment destinations by 2030.
