Approval of the design of an eco-residential development including a resort in the Ha Hoa district
baophutho.vnThe Provincial People"s Committee of the 1/500 detailed planning project has just accepted the project of eco-housing area coupled with an area of 30.4ha in Am Ha commune, Ha Hoa district.

As a result, this is an ecological housing complex integrated with landscape design that is concurrently investing in technical infrastructure to ensure that inhabitants" demands are met in the future. The project will be near to the hills and producing woods of Am Ha commune; the estimated population is 2,100 people, of which 344 people are permanent residents, 521 people are guests staying in the region, and 1,235 people go back and forth during the day.
The planning area is organized into major functional sections, which include villa dwelling regions, public works zones, green spaces, water surface areas, and technological infrastructure.

The project"s entire investment, including the cost of site clearance, is VND946 billion. It is planned to be finished and operational by the end of 2026.
