On July 24, Mr. Dang Xuan Phong, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the Phu Tho Provincial Party Committee, hosted a working session with the Pacific Construction Group. The delegation was led by Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa, founder of Pacific Construction Group and To Thuong Construction Group and chairman of the Trang Nghiem Research Institute, to discuss cooperation in investment, construction, operations, and urban infrastructure planning in Phu Tho province.

Also in attendance were Mr. Nguyen Phi Long, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee and Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, and Mr. Tran Duy Dong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, along with leaders of several provincial departments and sectors.

Speaking at the meeting, Mr. Nghiem Gioi Hoa expressed his pleasure at reconnecting with provincial leaders in their new roles. He commended the investment climate in Vietnam in general and in Phu Tho in particular. Highlighting the province’s newly expanded boundaries—following the merger of Phu Tho, Vinh Phuc, and Hoa Binh—Mr. Hoa emphasized the significance of urban planning as a strategic foundation for future development. He affirmed that the Pacific Construction Group is ready to support Phu Tho in its urban infrastructure planning efforts.

Mr. Hoa also proposed several initiatives to support the province in financial investment, infrastructure development, innovation, and investment attraction. He announced that the Pacific Construction Group intends to establish a regional headquarters in Phu Tho and is eager to collaborate across multiple sectors, aiming for mutual growth and contributing to the province’s socio-economic development.

Welcoming the delegation, Secretary Dang Xuan Phong provided an overview of the province’s socio-economic status, investment policies, and strategic priorities. He emphasized that, with the expanded space and resources of the newly merged Phu Tho, urban planning plays a vital role in shaping sustainable development.
He expressed hope that Pacific Construction Group would provide support in planning, finance, and investment. Reaffirming the province’s business-friendly approach, Mr. Phong stated, “Enterprises investing in Phu Tho are considered family. Supporting them is supporting ourselves.” He affirmed that the province is committed to creating optimal conditions for Pacific Construction Group to establish its regional headquarters and called for both sides to promptly implement specific cooperation initiatives.
