During the itinerary, Chairman Tran Duy Dong and his delegation toured the comprehensive layout of Phu My Hung Urban Area and held high-level talks with the corporate leadership. Mr. Gary Tseng expressed his great honor in welcoming the provincial leadership, highlighting Phu My Hung’s strategic structural shift. After over 30 years of cementing its brand equity with the model exemplary urban area in South Saigon (Ho Chi Minh City), Phu My Hung has selected Phu Tho as its next destination for long-term development—a move that underscores Phu Tho’s rising magnetism toward high-caliber, internationally reputable developers.

Delivering an overview of the Phu My Khang Eco-Urban Cluster in Phu Tho, Mr. Gary Tseng stated that this cluster of 4 eco-urban projects in Thinh Minh Commune occupies a highly favorable location adjacent to Dam Bai Lake, located a mere 45-minute drive from Hanoi. The mega-project is steered toward a nature-harmonious eco-urban model that seamlessly integrates multi-functional segments, including wellness tourism, luxury resorts, healthcare services, cultural hubs, entertainment complexes, and sustainable living spaces. The development features collaborations with the world’s leading design consultancies, integrating a premium resort operated by a prestigious international brand alongside iconic architectural landmarks and unique public spaces.

Currently, project execution is being aggressively accelerated, with an iron determination to wrap up all land-related financial obligations by the end of 2026 and officially debut its real estate products to the market in 2027. The General Director highly appraised the open, drastic spirit of the provincial leaders, departments, and local authorities in dismantling legal hurdles, accelerating site clearance, and expediting land allocation, affirming that Phu Tho stands as a highly dependable destination for global investors thanks to its sincere, professional partnership. He also expressed the corporation’s desire to act as an investment bridge, encouraging other multinational developers to flock to Phu Tho to co-create a dynamic, sustainable, and prosperous province.

Addressing the assembly, Chairman Tran Duy Dong expressed gratitude for the warm reception, highly praising the company’s visionary strategy and its partnerships with elite global design firms to build era-defining masterpieces. Highlighting the province’s infrastructure advantages, the Chairman revealed that by June 2026, the 6-lane arterial expressway stretching from Hoa Lac to the Phu Tho provincial border will reach full completion. Furthermore, the province is determined to break ground on the subsequent section this year under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model to upgrade the route from 2 lanes to 4 lanes. In the long run, a future urban metro line along the Hoa Lac axis will inject powerful developmental impetus into the entire sub-region.

Drawing from the developer’s historic success in Ho Chi Minh City, the Chairman requested that during the planning and execution of the Phu My Khang project in Phu Tho, the firm must maximize the natural endowments of Dam Bai Lake, the surrounding mountain ranges, and adjacent golf courses. Concurrently, heavy focus must be placed on capturing and developing premium healthcare services and wellness-resort models to attract affluent domestic and international clienteles.

To decisively dismantle outstanding bottlenecks and turbocharge progress, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee ruled to place Phu My Hung’s project portfolio into the province’s priority “Green Lane” bracket. He ordered relevant departments and sectors to extend maximum institutional support under strict legal compliance, striving to slash administrative processing times by approximately 50%. He also demanded an immediate, concentrated settlement of lingering procedures, specifically: forest land use purpose conversion and alternative afforestation fee payments; basic design approvals; construction permit issuances; environmental impact assessments; alongside land allocation and the definitive valuation of land-related financial obligations.
