On April 28, the Provincial Police, in coordination with the Provincial Youth Union, held a launching ceremony for the Community Education Center for Fire Prevention, Firefighting, and Rescue.

Speaking at the event, Senior Colonel Nguyen Xuan Trung emphasized that the center would serve as a reliable destination for local residents to regularly visit, acquire knowledge and skills in fire prevention, firefighting, and rescue, and participate in practical drills simulating real-life fire and rescue scenarios.
To ensure the center operates effectively and delivers practical results, departments, sectors, and the People’s Committee of Viet Tri City are encouraged to organize regular visits for officials, youth union members, and workers to participate in educational and experiential activities at the center. These efforts aim to enhance public awareness and safety skills in fire prevention and rescue.

The Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department of the Provincial Police will act as the standing agency, working closely with other police departments and units under the Provincial Youth Union to develop tailored educational content, training curricula, and hands-on activities suitable for different groups of visitors. All activities will strictly follow safety protocols to ensure the protection of both participants and property.

At the event, delegates witnessed the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Fire Prevention and Rescue Police Department, the Provincial Police, and the Hung Vuong Youth Center, establishing regulations for coordinating the management and operation of the center.
The center will be open to the public on the first Saturday and Sunday of each month.

Delegates also visited exhibition booths displaying modern rescue equipment.
On this occasion, the Provincial Police presented a fire extinguisher to the Provincial Youth Union to support ongoing fire safety initiatives. The signing of the coordination agreement marks a step forward in promoting community-based education and preparedness in fire prevention and rescue.
