Continually Innovating Recruitment, Training, and Labor Supply for Enterprises

This was the key directive from Mr. Nguyen Khac Hieu, Member of the Provincial Party Committee and Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, during a working visit to T&T Vina Co., Ltd. (Tam Duong Commune) on March 7 to assess the labor supply situation. The meeting was attended by leaders from the Department of Home Affairs and the Provincial Investment Promotion and Enterprise Support Center.

Vice Chairman Nguyen Khac Hieu presents a flower basket to congratulate the enterprise.

Founded in 2017, T&T Vina Co., Ltd. specializes in human resource management and labor supply. The company currently operates four stable branches in Phu Tho, Bac Ninh, and Hai Phong, maintaining an average growth rate of over 20%. With a mission centered on workforce quality and customer satisfaction, the company has consistently innovated its management, recruitment, and training methods to meet the evolving needs of businesses.

On average, the company supplies 2,500 to 3,000 workers per month to Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) enterprises. Its primary focus lies in electronics, mechanical engineering, component manufacturing, and assembly within major industrial parks, including Phu Ha, Cam Khe, Thuy Van, Binh Xuyên, Ba Thien 1, and Ba Thien 2.

Beyond labor supply, T&T Vina has invested in an electronic component processing workshop, providing stable jobs for 70–100 workers with average monthly salaries ranging from 10 to 15 million VND. Furthermore, the company is developing a supermarket system and a kindergarten at Ba Thien 1 Industrial Park to provide essential services and childcare, ensuring peace of mind for its workforce.

During the session, T&T Vina’s leadership highlighted several challenges. The primary obstacle is a volatile labor market where the shortage of high-skilled labor occasionally hinders recruitment. Additionally, fluctuating demand from partner enterprises and high employee turnover rates impact the stability of labor management and supply.

The company also noted that certain administrative procedures regarding labor subleasing, contract registration, and insurance remain time-consuming. Meanwhile, rising operational and labor costs, coupled with competitive market pricing for supply services, have pressured the company’s business efficiency.

Vice Chairman Nguyen Khac Hieu addresses the working session.

Recognizing T&T Vina’s contributions, Vice Chairman Nguyen Khac Hieu noted that Phu Tho province is aggressively implementing Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo on private economic development to facilitate business growth and support the province’s goal of double-digit economic growth.

Acknowledging and highly appreciating the contributions of T&T Vina Co., Ltd. in supplying labor to enterprises both within and outside the province, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Khac Hieu stated that in pursuit of double-digit economic growth and investment promotion goals, Phu Tho province has actively implemented Resolution No. 68 of the Politburo on private sector development. This initiative aims to create favorable conditions for all businesses to thrive, including labor supply service providers.

Given the expanded opportunities following the administrative merger and the surging demand for labor—particularly high-quality personnel—Vice Chairman Nguyen Khac Hieu requested T&T Vina to carefully study the province’s industrial development orientation and the planning of industrial zones and clusters to build a strategic labor supply roadmap for the coming period. Simultaneously, the company should promptly develop a project to bring its mechanical processing workshop into operation within these industrial zones.

Leaders of the Department of Home Affairs also provided additional information regarding the current labor situation across the province.

Furthermore, the company must strictly comply with legal regulations concerning recruitment and labor supply. It is essential to regularly educate employees on the provisions of the Labor Code, the Law on Social Insurance, and the Law on Enterprises, while continuing to enhance the material and spiritual well-being of the workforce.

The company is encouraged to proactively coordinate with the Department of Home Affairs, employment service centers, and local authorities to source labor. Efforts should be made to strengthen connections and formalize contracts for job placement and labor supply in full accordance with the law on employment services and labor outsourcing.

Finally, the company should maintain close cooperation with vocational training institutions and schools to provide training and retraining for workers. This will contribute to improving the quality of human resources and better meeting the increasingly sophisticated recruitment needs of enterprises.
