Creating sdditional jobs for over 54,000 people

In recent years, vocational training and job creation for rural workers, especially in ethnic minority and mountainous areas, as well as in regions with special economic difficulties, have been priorities in the province’s socio-economic development program for ethnic minorities and mountainous areas during the 2021-2024 period. These efforts are implemented alongside other national target programs in the province.

Creating sdditional jobs for over 54,000 people

From 2021 to now, the province has created jobs for more than 54,000 people. Among them, 9,684 workers are from ethnic minority groups, accounting for 17.8%. The number of ethnic minority workers working abroad is over 2,000, making up about 33.4% of the province’s total workers sent overseas under contracts, in fields such as machinery manufacturing, seafood, agriculture, and construction. The basic income for these workers ranges from 14 to 22 million VND per month.
