Dialogue Conference on Tax Policies and Administrative Procedures
On the afternoon of June 5, at TASA Group Joint Stock Company, the Tax Department of Phu Tho Province organized a dialogue conference to provide guidance and answer questions regarding tax policies and administrative procedures for nearly 80 enterprises operating in Thuy Van Industrial Park, Nong Trang Ward.
At the conference, representatives of the tax authority introduced new provisions of tax policies, focusing on regulations related to corporate income tax, value-added tax (VAT), personal income tax, and the Law on Tax Administration. Participants were also informed about the legal framework governing electronic labor contracts, helping businesses optimize their human resource management practices.
Officials of the Phu Tho Provincial Tax Department provide guidance and answer questions on tax policies and administrative procedures at the conference.
During the dialogue session, business leaders and accountants directly raised difficulties and challenges encountered in the implementation of tax policies and administrative procedures.
All concerns and inquiries were addressed and clarified by tax officials through detailed explanations and guidance. This support helps enterprises comply with legal regulations, improve business performance, and strengthen cooperation between the tax authority and the business community in the province.
