Ensuring safe and stable power supply for the 2024 High School Graduation Exam

The 2024 high school graduation exam takes place from June 26 to 28, 2024. To prepare for the exam, Phu Tho Power Company proactively developed and implemented plans to ensure safe, stable, and continuous electricity supply at 39 exam locations, exam paper printing and exam marking points in the province.

Mr. Pham Van Chuc - Deputy Director of Phu Tho Power Company said: From the beginning of June 2024, we have developed and implemented a power supply plan to serve the 2024 High School Graduation Exam. Therefore, pay attention to reviewing the entire power grid to promptly detect, handle and overcome weak points that are at risk of causing incidents. In particular, for the power supply lines for exam locations, exam paper printing, exam marking and talon making points, the Company has developed a plan to restore power, ensuring it not to affect the exam. During the 2024 High School Graduation Exam (from June 24 to June 29, 2024), do not perform work that involves power cuts on the power grid (except in cases of force majeure or special cases with orders from the Dispatcher of the Northern Power System Dispatch Center, Northern Power Corporation and leaders of Phu Tho Power Company).

Phu Tho Power Company directs the Power companies of districts, cities and towns to organize a review and consolidation of the power grid, organize phase reversal of transformer stations, and have solutions for transformer stations with an expected load of 80% or more to ensure power supply. Arrange manpower to be on duty at exam sites with full backup equipment and supplies, ensuring the quickest response if an electrical incident occurs.

Providing enough stable and continuous electricity is very important in the organization, contributing to the safety and quality of the exam, especially in hot weather conditions like today. Along with technical solutions, the Electricity industry also strengthens propaganda and dissemination of measures to use electricity safely, economically, and reasonably during peak hours; Strengthen security protection and fire safety measures for electrical projects, thereby contributing to limiting overload as well as incidents on the power grid.
