Nearly 180 Athletes Participate in the Sports Festival of Emulation Cluster No. 1 - State Bank of Vietnam

On May 24, at the Provincial Sports Training and Competition Center, Emulation Cluster No. 1 of the State Bank of Vietnam organized its First Sports Festival in 2026. The event drew the participation of nearly 180 athletes representing the State Bank of Vietnam branches across Regions 1, 3, 4, 5, and 12.

This marks the inaugural sports festival organized following the deployment of the State Bank of Vietnam’s new organizational model. Concurrently, it serves as an annual activity maintained by the units to enhance the spiritual and mental well-being of cadres, officials, and employees.

The athletes gathered to showcase their talents across three sports: air volleyball, table tennis, and pickleball. Upholding a sporting spirit of solidarity, honesty, and nobility, the matches took place in an exciting and captivating atmosphere, drawing enthusiastic cheers from a large audience. Numerous spectacular plays and dramatic score chases generated a thrilling competitive environment.

The sports festival was organized to celebrate the 136th anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh’s birthday and the 75th anniversary of the Establishment of the Vietnam Banking Sector. Simultaneously, the event offers a valuable window of opportunity for member units within Emulation Cluster No. 1 to exchange experiences, tighten solidarity, and drive the physical fitness movement following the example of the great Uncle Ho, thereby contributing to the successful fulfillment of their assigned political missions.
