Hung Vuong University rewards collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements in science, technology, and innovation activities during the 2025–2026 academic year.

During the 2021–2025 period, Hung Vuong University’s science, technology, innovation, and international cooperation activities achieved numerous outstanding results. The university implemented 181 scientific and technological tasks at various levels. The volume of international publications surged, featuring 243 international scientific articles alongside over 900 domestic scientific papers.

Many scientific research projects have been effectively applied in practice, making critical contributions to the socio-economic development of Phu Tho Province. Furthermore, the university successfully expanded its partnerships with prestigious universities, organizations, and enterprises in Denmark, Germany, the United States, South Korea, Israel, and China.

For the 2026–2030 period, Hung Vuong University will continue to strongly innovate its scientific research mindset. The new direction focuses on aligning academic research with the practical needs of localities, businesses, and society. The university determines that quality, efficiency, and applicability will serve as the primary metrics to measure scientific and technological activities, aiming to foster research products capable of technology transfer, commercialization, and community value creation.

At the same time, the university will focus on developing a highly qualified team of scientists and creating favorable conditions for lecturers to enhance their professional expertise, foreign language proficiency, and research capabilities. Particular attention will be paid to nurturing and supporting faculty members to meet the criteria for Full Professor and Associate Professor titles, alongside establishing strong research groups capable of leading academic disciplines and addressing major local and societal challenges.

Furthermore, the institution will continue to promote international publications and advance interdisciplinary research directions, including digital technology, artificial intelligence (AI), biotechnology, smart education, and fields with high potential to drive the socio-economic development of Phu Tho Province and the Northern Midland and Mountainous region. It will also elevate the quality of national and international scientific conferences, strengthen research collaboration with domestic and foreign universities and institutes, and continuously professionalize the university’s Journal of Science and Technology toward modernization and global integration.

On this occasion, Hung Vuong University presented awards to 4 collectives and 18 individuals who recorded outstanding achievements in science, technology, and innovation activities.
