Implementing the directive of Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Duy Dong at a meeting held on June 4 regarding preparations for the commencement of the Doan Hung Industrial Park (IP) Project on June 17, the Management Board of Provincial Industrial Parks held a working session on the morning of June 10 with representatives of Tay Coc and Doan Hung communes, the Provincial Land Development Center, and Amata Phu Tho Joint Stock Company to accelerate project implementation.

Overview of the meeting.
The Doan Hung Industrial Park Project covers a total area of 495 hectares, including nearly 476 hectares designated for industrial park infrastructure development, spanning Tay Coc and Doan Hung communes.
To date, the investor has coordinated with relevant agencies and local authorities to carry out investment preparation activities largely in line with the planned schedule. Land acquisition notices have been issued, and land inventory and measurement work has been conducted on more than 36 hectares managed by Phu Ben Tea Company and approximately 50 hectares owned by local households. The investor is currently completing documentation for submission to commune authorities for appraisal and approval of compensation and support plans.

The Doan Hung Industrial Park covers 495 hectares across Tay Coc and Doan Hung communes.
Leaders of the Provincial Industrial Parks Management Board requested the infrastructure investor to complete all legal procedures in accordance with regulations; closely coordinate with provincial departments, agencies, and the authorities of Tay Coc and Doan Hung communes in compensation and site clearance activities; and fully prepare all necessary conditions for the groundbreaking ceremony of the Doan Hung Industrial Park Project on June 17.
The commencement ceremony is expected to take place as part of the “Thailand Connection in Phu Tho 2026” Program organized by the Provincial People’s Committee, in accordance with the directive of Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Tran Duy Dong.
