He highlighted that the publications displayed at the festival are not only the result of journalists’ dedication and creativity but also a reflection of the strong commitment of Phu Tho’s press agencies to the province’s and the nation’s development journey.
One of the standout features of this year’s festival is the innovative and open design of the exhibition booths, creating an engaging and interactive experience for visitors. Additionally, the festival includes a variety of cultural and artistic activities, including an English exchange program themed "Convergence-Integration-Development."

Each work showcases the intelligence and dedication of journalists and press organizations, emphasizing their responsibility to serve the public. The festival also provides a valuable platform for journalists and publishers in the province to exchange ideas, learn from one another, refine their skills, and gather feedback from readers, ultimately enhancing the quality of journalism and contributing to Phu Tho’s development.

At the opening ceremony of the At Ty Spring Press Festival 2025, on behalf of the Provincial Party Committee-People’s Council-People’s Committee-Provincial Fatherland Front Committee, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Phung Khanh Tai presented a congratulatory flower basket.
Speaking at the event, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Huy Ngoc expressed deep appreciation for the contributions of veteran journalists, media professionals, artists, and members of the Provincial Journalists Association. He emphasized that achieving the province’s outstanding socio-economic successes in 2024 required the concerted efforts of the entire political system, with the press playing a vital role in providing timely, accurate, and insightful information. The media has been instrumental in shaping public opinion, fostering social consensus, and contributing to effective governance.
With a strong sense of responsibility and deep ties to the homeland, news agencies and journalists have continuously reflected all aspects of socio-economic life in Phu Tho. By staying closely connected to reality and addressing public concerns, the press has helped provincial leaders identify and address key issues in a timely and effective manner. The media has also served as an essential channel for leadership and policy-making, ultimately driving the province’s comprehensive development.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Huy Ngoc emphasized that 2025 is a pivotal year for both the nation and Phu Tho Province. It marks a crucial period for accelerating socio-economic development goals and completing key infrastructure projects for the 2021–2025 term. The province remains committed to improving the investment and business environment, mobilizing resources for development, maintaining cultural and social progress, ensuring social security, and enhancing the quality of life for residents. Additionally, strengthening national defense, security, and public safety remains a top priority.
As the province works toward fulfilling the objectives set by the 19th Provincial Party Congress and lays the groundwork for the 20th Congress, Vice Chairman Nguyen Huy Ngoc called on journalists and press agencies to uphold their professional ethics and social responsibilities. He encouraged them to continue producing high-quality journalism that not only informs the public on political and social issues but also fosters cultural values, enriches the spiritual lives of residents, and strengthens community cohesion.
As part of the festival’s activities, students from Hung Vuong High School for the Gifted participated in an English-language exchange program, engaging in discussions under the theme "Convergence-Integration-Development."
