Phu Tho province wins National A Prize in Ho Chi Minh Ideology Contest
Phu Tho Province has been awarded the National A prize in the final round of the online contest titled “Youth Studying and Following Ho Chi Minh’s Ideology, Morality, and Style”. In addition to the collective award, one contestant from Phu Tho, Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hoan — an IT teacher at Trung Giap High School in Phu Ninh District — earned third prize in Group C (teachers).

The 2024–2025 edition of the contest attracted 73,450 participants from across Phu Tho Province, placing it second nationwide in terms of participation, following Ho Chi Minh City. In the semi-finals, Phu Tho also secured second place nationally. The province sent 30 contestants to the final round, including 20 students (Group A) and 10 teachers (Group C).
The contest serves as a meaningful platform for union members, young people, students, and pupils to deepen their understanding of President Ho Chi Minh’s ideology and testament. It also aims to promote awareness of Vietnam’s heroic history and national sovereignty over its seas and islands — thereby contributing to ethical education, lifestyle development, and the nurturing of revolutionary ideals among the younger generation.
