In 2025, total revenue from tourism and services is estimated at 14.800 billion VND, with a total of 14,5 million visitor arrivals. Among these, domestic visitors account for 13,8 million arrivals, and international visitors reach 676,000 arrivals. Overnight stays are estimated at approximately 4,57 million (including nearly 151,000 international guests), totaling 5,4 million guest days, of which 300,000 are international guest days.

The tourism sector has conducted surveys and built a target market information system to serve promotion and marketing efforts in major Vietnamese cities such as Hanoi, Nghe An, Thanh Hoa, Hue, Ho Chi Minh City, Can Tho, and An Giang. Internationally, promotion has targeted Southeast Asia (Laos, Thailand), Northeast Asia (China, South Korea), Oceania (New Zealand, Australia), and Europe (UK, France).
The province also facilitated Famtrip and Presstrip groups, as well as TikToker delegations under the theme "Colors of Ancestral Land Tourism - Go to Love." These included international tourism business Famtrips surveying products tailored for foreign visitors and film production crews promoting Phu Tho tourism. Key events such as the “Colors of Ancestral Land Tourism - Phu Tho 2025” were successfully organized, alongside the launch of a tourism stimulus program within the new development space. Furthermore, Phu Tho’s culture, tourism products, and typical OCOP products were showcased at 20 different tourism promotion events.
Regarding digital transformation, the tourism industry has enhanced its media campaigns across social platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube, as well as in the press. Online promotion has been prioritized through social media campaigns, collaborations with TikTokers for the keyword “Phu Tho Tourism,” and livestreams featuring festivals, culinary tours, and heritage experiences.
Additionally, a 3D/360 Smart Interactive Map is being developed to connect tourist attractions across the province. The official website, dulichphutho.gov.vn, has been upgraded with a new interface that integrates information, activities, images, and promotional videos from the Vinh Phuc and Hoa Binh areas. This ensures regular updates and provides comprehensive information on Phu Tho’s tourism status within its expanded development space.
