Production efforts at the beginning of the year

2024 is a year of acceleration and breakthrough, which is critical for the successful implementation of the Socioeconomic Development Plan 2021-2025. In the production area, since the beginning of the new year 2024, enterprises in the province’s industrial parks (IPs) have worked hard to achieve their goals.

Enterprises in industrial zones help to promote industrial growth, attract investment capital, create jobs, and drive the province’s industrial development. In the province, there are four industrial parks in operation including Thuy Van, Trung Ha, Cam Khe, and Phu Ha with more than 130 enterprises operating and producing stably. In 2023, the revenue of enterprises reached about 60,000 billion VND.

Since the end of 2023, the economy has gradually recovered, and some businesses in the fields of electronic component manufacturing, garment processing, and packaging production have received large orders, ensuring jobs and income for employees. In addition to efforts to find orders and expand markets, enterprises in industrial zones actively develop scenarios for market fluctuations, labor, exchange rates, interest rate fluctuations, and so on to respond quickly. At the same time, many enterprises have restructured production under the 2024 production plan to meet market demands. To ensure flexible adaptation measures, many enterprises divide their plans into short cycles.

Hanyang Digitech Vina Co., Ltd., Phu Ha Industrial Park, Phu Tho town specializes in manufacturing electronic components. In 2023, the company exported 68 million products, with a total import-export turnover of $15 billion. "A good sign for the new year is that we have negotiated orders and produced new products with partners who are major corporations in the world such as IBM, HP, and Dell. These orders will help to stabilize the production of modular products, including SSD storage devices. In 2024, the Company aims to increase export turnover by more than 10% compared to 2023", said Choi Dong Hyeon, the Company’s Director.

During Tet, demand for food and beverages increases, leading to a surge in consumption of these goods. As a result, enterprises in the industry focus on the complete preparation of the source of goods, as well as understanding the market demand for each consumer segment. The Saigon - Phu Tho Beer Joint Stock Company, Trung Ha Industrial Park, Tam Nong District, has an average annual production output of about 40 million liters of beer and is flexible in purchasing and sales policies, adapting to actual conditions to regulate production per the stages.
