Following the activities in the program for the 2026 Hung Kings Commemoration - Hung Temple Festival and Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week, on the morning of April 22 (the 6th day of the 3rd lunar month), after attending the Incense Offering Ceremony for Father Lac Long Quan and Mother Au Co, provincial leaders visited, inspected, and encouraged localities and units participating in the Cultural Camp at the Hung Temple Historic Site.

The delegation included Mr. Bui Duc Hinh - Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Council; Deputy Secretaries of the Provincial Party Committee: Bui Huy Vinh and Nguyen Manh Son; members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, and leaders of the People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee.

Provincial leaders and tourists experience the stages of making “banh tai” and “banh mom,” traditional and unique delicacies of Phu Tho and Phong Châu wards.
At the camp area, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh and the delegation toured booths showcasing signature OCOP products, enjoyed unique folk art performances, and shared the joy of the festival with residents and pilgrims.

Commending the responsibility of local authorities, Mr. Bui Duc Hinh emphasized: With the cluster-based organization, this year’s Cultural Camp is not only a venue to showcase the cultural identities of 148 communes and wards but also a vivid symbol of the strength of solidarity and the unified will of the people following the administrative unit restructuring. This is a crucial highlight to widely promote the image of the Ancestral Land’s people and culture to domestic and international friends.

To ensure a successful event, provincial leaders requested the Organizing Committee and camp clusters to maintain public security, ensure environmental hygiene, and pay special attention to fire prevention and control. The ultimate goal is to provide tourists with a safe, meaningful, and impressive experience of their cultural roots.
