The administrative direction and management agenda for August centers on effectively implementing directives, resolutions, and conclusions from the central government; taking decisive action to execute measures that promote economic growth; and striving to meet or exceed the double-digit growth target set for 2025. The province will also review existing mechanisms and policies to promptly make necessary adjustments and ensure consistency.

Key priorities include the effective implementation of central fiscal, credit, investment, and trade policies; targeted investment promotion activities; and removing obstacles to unlock development resources across all sectors. Focus will also be placed on resolving issues related to site clearance, compensation, and land lease pricing, particularly for major public investment projects, ongoing industrial infrastructure projects, and the supply of construction materials. Delayed projects in urban infrastructure and social housing will also be addressed.

In his address, Chairman Tran Duy Dong underscored the pressing demands from current realities and urged departments, sectors, and localities to advise the province on completing the two-tier local government model. He emphasized the need to enhance the quality of the public service workforce, foster a service-oriented administrative mindset, and strengthen governance capacity. Vacant positions should be promptly filled in alignment with the shift from management to service provision and development facilitation.

He also called for synchronized implementation of central and provincial mechanisms and policies to unlock various development drivers, stimulate business activities, and ensure macroeconomic stability. Preparations must be made in close coordination to successfully organize the Provincial Party Congress for the 2025–2030 term.

Moreover, the province aims to resolve bottlenecks, accelerate ongoing projects, and roll out new ones. A dedicated hotline will remain in operation for businesses and localities to report issues in a timely manner. Relevant departments are instructed to urgently review special policy mechanisms so the Provincial People’s Committee can submit them to the Provincial Party Standing Committee for consideration.
