On the morning of April 25 (the 9th day of the 3rd lunar month), Van Phu Ward solemnly organized the Hung Lo Communal House Palanquin Procession. This is one of the key events within the framework of the 2026 Hung Kings' Commemoration – Ancestral Land Culture and Tourism Week. The ceremony was attended by leaders of the Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Fatherland Front of Van Phu Ward, along with local organizations, residential representatives, and a large number of residents and tourists.
Leaders of Van Phu Ward and socio-political organizations offer incense before the commencement of the procession.
The incense and floral offering rituals were conducted with great solemnity to commemorate the Hung Kings, embodying the national tradition of "When drinking water, remember its source."
At exactly 8:00 AM, the opening drum and bell performance signaled the official start of the procession. The lineup was strictly organized and dignified, led by the lion dance troupe, followed by the National Flag, sacred flags, drums and gongs, festival flags, ritual parasols, and ceremonial weapons. The procession featured specialized palanquins for males and females, led by the chief celebrant and village elders. Notably, the eight-bearer palanquin was used, highlighting a unique cultural feature of the festival.

At 8:00 AM sharp, the palanquin procession departs from Hung Lo Communal House.
Following a traditional route, the procession moved from the inner courtyard to the outer gate of the Communal House, passing through various local hamlets including Nga, Tu Ngo, Dong, Van Tien, Doan Ket, Xung, Re, Thanh Rong, Tan Tien, the Bo Vang intersection, and Xi hamlet, before returning to Hung Lo Communal House.
