On the afternoon of November 27, at Que Lam Biotech One-Member Co., Ltd. in Xuan Lang Commune, Mr. Dinh Cong Su – Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) held a working session with Que Lam Group regarding organic agriculture production and the circular economy.

Que Lam Group was established in 2001 in Ho Chi Minh City, with the operational goal of building a green, clean, safe, and sustainable agriculture sector. After nearly 25 years of operation, Que Lam Group has 14 member companies spread across the country. In Phu Tho Province, the Group has three member companies operating in four areas: Producing nutrition for plants and livestock; Producing microbial preparations using Japanese and Canadian technology; Developing organic agriculture production and a circular economy based on the value chain; and Processing agricultural by-products in circular agriculture to ensure a clean environment.
Notably, to contribute to the effective implementation of the organic agriculture and circular economy program in Phu Tho Province in particular and Vietnam in general, Que Lam Group has established a Scientific Council, founded the Institute for Research and Application of Biotechnology, and set up a company to train human resources in organic agriculture production and the circular economy.
Furthermore, the Group has signed cooperation agreements with the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment and various localities to promote the development of organic and circular agriculture chains, bringing high economic efficiency, such as: the chayote growing model in Tam Dao Commune, the pig farming model in Yen Lac Commune, and the chicken farming model in Tam Duong Bac. In 2025, Que Lam Group’s revenue is estimated to increase by 10% compared to 2024.

Speaking at the session, Vice Chairman of the PPC Dinh Cong Su highly praised the activities of Que Lam Group and its positive support for the development of Phu Tho Province’s Agriculture and Environment sector. He expressed confidence that with the cooperation of Que Lam Group and Que Lam Biotech One-Member Co., Ltd., the agricultural economy of Phu Tho Province will continue to make breakthroughs and advancements.
The Vice Chairman of the PPC assigned the Department of Agriculture and Environment to take the lead in coordinating with other departments and sectors to review and evaluate the results of circular and organic agricultural production, develop a cooperation program with Que Lam Group to continue replicating circular and organic agricultural models; and cooperate in transferring organic agriculture production technology in focused areas with the province’s key crops. He urged good implementation of the Government’s policies on organic agriculture and the circular economy.
