Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Quang inspected the construction progress of Tam Nong golf course
On December 22, comrade Bui Van Quang, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, visited the Tam Nong ecological urban area, tourism, resort, and golf course construction progress.
T&T Group owns the Tam Nong ecological urban area, tourism, resort, and golf course project, which spans roughly 150 hectares and includes golf courses 1 (74 hectares) and 2 (75 hectares). Tam Nong district handled the compensation and site removal operations transparently, democratically, and in accordance with the law. It performed an inventory of land and assets on 130 hectares of land and paid compensation costs totaling more than 105 billion Vietnamese dong, achieving an average rate of about 82%. The project began in February 2022 and has now completed 60% of its volume. The construction unit is focusing on mobilizing machinery and equipment to speed up the progress of leveling the ground to construct golf holes, golf courses, grass planting and some infrastructure items.
At the meeting, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Bui Van Quang acknowledged and praised the results of Tam Nong district’s compensation and site clearance work, as well as the investor’s participation in project implementation. He noted that the Tam Nong ecological urban area, tourism, resort, and golf course project is one of the province’s major initiatives. Once completed and operational, it will provide new impetus to boost regional socioeconomic development in Tam Nong district in particular and Phu Tho province in general; establish new service and sports institutions to serve the province’s residents and visitors.
