Many professional staff of units, businesses, and cooperatives have participated in training courses on digital transformation, training and skills training on using and exploiting digital platforms for businesses, etc., organized by departments and branches. Many businesses organize internal training activities on technology applications, vocational skills, and even retraining for workers.

In order for the system to operate well and meet the requirements of digital transformation, the company’s Board of Directors pays attention to raising awareness and expertise among officials and employees, especially the professional staff of the departments related to technology, equipment, engineering, accounting, organization, marketing and sales”.

Digital transformation brings more opportunities for businesses and workers, creating a better working environment and conditions, higher productivity and higher product quality. Along with that, the income of qualified and skilled workers has also improved.

According to Plan No. 1131/KH-UBND dated March 25, 2024, of the Provincial People’s Committee on Digital Transformation of Phu Tho province in 2024, specific targets are set for the development of digital government, digital economy, and digital society. Regarding the digital economy, strive for the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises with access to trial digital transformation platforms to reach over 90% and the proportion of small and medium-sized enterprises regularly using digital transformation platforms to reach over 40%. One of the key goals and solutions mentioned is to promulgate policies and mechanisms to encourage the development of digital businesses, digital transformation in businesses and digital human resources.
