On the morning of July 7, the Department of Civil and Economic Law under the Ministry of Justice, the Legal Support Center for Small and Medium-sized Enterprises, and the Phu Tho Business Association jointly organized a policy dialogue on new investment and business regulations and the promotion of a culture of legal compliance among enterprises and household businesses across the province.

Delegates and representatives of enterprises and cooperatives attend the policy dialogue.
At the conference, participating enterprises and household businesses were updated on the latest legal policies and regulations, with particular emphasis on the new provisions of the 2025 Law on Investment and its implementing decrees. Participants also received guidance on preventing risks associated with newly introduced tax and fee policies in practical implementation, while discussing legal issues and solutions to regulatory challenges encountered in business operations.

A legal expert presents guidance on mitigating risks related to new tax and fee policies and addresses legal challenges arising during implementation.
The training conference forms part of the Government’s sector-specific legal support program, aiming to strengthen legal advisory capacity and improve legal assistance for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), individual entrepreneurs, household businesses, and cooperatives. The program also supports these entities in adopting sustainable investment and business models while promoting digital transformation and green transformation.
