Enterprises in industrial parks and clusters strive for revenue of over VND90,000 billion
So far, 191 enterprises have invested in industrial parks and clusters managed by the Provincial Industrial Park Management Board, inclusing 156 (82 FDI enterprises) continue to function and produce steadily; 12 enterprises had problems and temporarily ceased production; and 23 businesses are investing in fundamental construction and machinery and equipment installation.
Innovation Future Vietnam Co., Ltd. (Phu Ha Industrial Park) manufactures wireless headphones.
Despite many difficulties, the revenue of businesses in industrial parks and clusters still reached over VND65,000 billion in 2023, a 25% increase from 2022 and 108% of the year plan; contributing VND1,500 billion to the State budget, equal to 100% of the implementation in 2022; and creating jobs for more than 56,000 workers with an average monthly income of VND7.1 million.
In 2024, with solutions to help and overcome obstacles at all levels and sectors, many enterprises have proactively developed strategies and explored new possibilities from trade agreements that Vietnam has concluded. Efforts to engage with possible partners to build new markets to stabilize production and export; aim for total annual income of VND90,000 billion, up 138% from 2023; The state budget contribution was around VND1,800 billion, and 62,500 jobs were created, representing a 110% increase over 2023.
