Along with each business’s efforts and successes, the Party Committee of the Business Sector has adopted several solutions to assist, accompany, and promote enterprises in order to stay up with the digital transformation trend and capitalize on new possibilities that are emerging.

Phu Tho Telecommunications presents digital transformation services and solutions offered to businesses as part of the Party Committee of Business Sector’s 2024 initiative to assist enterprises in promoting products and services.

The Standing Committee of the Party Committee of the Business Sector has established a strategy to spread and execute digital transformation in firms from 2023 to 2025. Established a Digital Transformation Steering Committee at the Party Committee of the Business Sector level, with each member assigned particular tasks to promote the roles, responsibilities, and creativity of each individual and organization. At the same time, create a coordination plan with relevant agencies, units, and businesses to support propaganda and professional consulting in the field of digital transformation; choose capable businesses by group and field to help build and replicate effective digital transformation models.

To encourage enterprises to participate in digital transformation, the province Party Committee of the Business Sector established a high-quality booth on the Phu Tho province E-commerce Exchange (Giaothuong.net.vn), which attracted 85 firms and over two million frequent visitors; Creating zalo groups “Destination Enterprise” and “Introducing Products of Business Sector,” attracting 25 businesses to regularly participate in promoting products and services, and introducing a number of transformed businesses to choose and sign a commitment to use digital products and services. The Party Committee of the business Sector’s Digital Transformation has also created and launched an assistance package for company product and service advertising. Surveying, consulting, and supporting digital transformation links are also directed and coordinated so that they may be executed successfully with particular, practical, and suitable forms, so contributing to the promotion and improvement of transformation quality.

In 2023, the Digital Transformation Steering Committee of the Party Committee of the business Sector directed and coordinated with units to survey and evaluate the current situation, as well as to support consulting solutions, software, roadmap development, and resource preparation for digital transformation at 25 businesses. To date, 31 additional units have signed up for Phu Tho Telecommunications' digital transformation solutions. A number of firms in the industries of textiles, clothes, tea manufacturing, ceramic tiles, beer... have asked Phu Tho Telecommunication to construct management software as well as customized production and business software to support unique actions against the corporate adversary...

The Party Committee of the business Sector has deployed and implemented several solutions to encourage and support enterprises in their digital transformation, which has had a favorable impact on the units' production and commercial operations. To far, 100% of enterprises in the Party Committee of the Business Sector have used governmental services such as electronic invoicing, tax declarations, customs, and social insurance online; 45% of businesses employ digital signatures and specialist software in administration; More than 30% of investment units employ product traceability codes, fingerprint timekeeping, camera scanning, private software for meetings, production management, and internet commerce.

Many grassroots party committees have collaborated with industry leaders to develop the “Study, Work Creatively” and “Promoting Technical Innovation Initiatives” emulation movements, focusing resources on equipment and wiring. To satisfy the digital transformation roadmap of units and enterprises, production lines are automatically connected to new digital infrastructure, while investments are made in recruiting, training, and team development of highly skilled technical professionals.

Digital transformation is duplicated, reaching deeper into company production and business management operations, and making a significant contribution to assisting businesses in overcoming obstacles and hurdles throughout the COVID-19 pandemic recovery phase. Currently, enterprises in the Group are running stably, with revenue, profit, and State budget payment objectives all matching or exceeding the planned plan, guaranteeing steady jobs for over 30,000 people with an average monthly salary of VND7.8 million.
