The Du Sang Industrial Cluster (IC) project is currently receiving focused attention to address outstanding issues and facilitate its early implementation. Relevant departments, agencies and local authorities are coordinating with Kien Thai Hoa Binh Joint Stock Company, the project investor, to review and finalize technical plans and accelerate the project’s progress.

Leaders of the Department of Construction, together with leaders of Nat Son and Muong Dong communes, conduct a field inspection at the planned location of Du Sang Industrial Cluster.
The Du Sang Industrial Cluster is planned on an area of approximately 74 hectares in Nat Son and Muong Dong communes, with total investment capital of more than 930 billion for technical infrastructure and an operating term of 50 years. The project is oriented toward multi-sector development, with priority given to high technology, supporting industries, electronics, construction-material manufacturing and other sectors aligned with the local economic development strategy.
Once operational, the project is expected to create a concentrated industrial land fund, attract investment capital, generate employment and strongly promote economic restructuring.
According to the project roadmap, in the third quarter of 2026, the investor will complete the dossier for approval of the 1:500-scale detailed construction planning and carry out procedures for changing the purpose of land use. In the fourth quarter of 2026, the investor will coordinate with the Hoa Binh Regional Land Fund Development Center and local authorities to implement compensation and site-clearance activities.
To ensure the project delivers long-term benefits, specialized agencies and the two localities are working to develop a synchronized transportation connection plan and proactively allocate land and funding for a resettlement area equipped with essential infrastructure, ensuring the legitimate rights and interests of households whose land is subject to acquisition.
Mandatory technical infrastructure, including a centralized wastewater treatment plant, flood drainage system, land reserves for security and public order, and fire prevention and fighting facilities, will be integrated into the project from the planning stage.
