On the morning of December 6, in Xuan Ang commune (Ha Hoa district), the People’s Committee of Ha Hoa district and Cosmos 1 Company Limited jointly organized the groundbreaking ceremony of the project "Construction and business of infrastructure of Dong Phi Industrial Cluster.".

The Dong Phi Industrial Cluster project has a scale of 74.77 hectares, with a total investment of 492 billion VND, invested by Cosmos 1 Technology Company Limited according to the investment registration certificate No. 7512332288 issued by the Provincial People’s Committee on December 27, 2023. The project is built in Xuan Ang commune, Ha Hoa district.

After completion, the project will attract investment in the following industries: mechanical engineering, supporting industry, electronics, agriculture, and forestry processing... in the direction of green industry and modern technology, contributing to the budget and not causing environmental pollution.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Thanh Hai acknowledged and highly appreciated the active participation of the sectors, the efforts of the entire political system of Ha Hoa district, Xuan Ang commune, and Cosmos 1 Technology Company Limited in implementing the project, especially the work of compensation and site clearance (GPMB).

The Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee emphasized: This is the first industrial park, which is of great significance to the socio-economic development and investment attraction of Ha Hoa district. When put into operation, it will not only create more jobs for workers and increase revenue for the budget but also contribute to creating development momentum for Ha Hoa district in particular and the province’s industry in general.

With that important meaning, in order for the project to be implemented on schedule and ensure the quality of the project, the vice chairman of the provincial people’s committee requested the investor to mobilize human resources, machinery, equipment, and means to speed up the construction progress of the technical infrastructure of the industrial park, ensuring that the project is put into operation before the scheduled deadline. In particular, it is necessary to prioritize technical items, especially wastewater treatment works, forming a model industrial park with a scientific, synchronous, modern, green, clean, and beautiful design... The construction process needs to pay attention to ensuring labor safety and environmental sanitation and care about the lives, working conditions for workers, and livelihoods for local people who have given up land to implement the project. The investor closely coordinates with relevant departments and branches; Ha Hoa district actively attracts investment, promotes, and introduces secondary investors to the industrial park, especially investors with potential, modern technology, budget contributions, and environmental friendliness.
