On the afternoon of April 15, Mr. Nguyen Huy Ngoc — Provincial Party Committee Member, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and Head of the Organizing Committee for the 2026 Hung Kings' Commemoration — attended the inauguration and handover ceremony of an LED screen dedicated to information promotion at the Hung Temple Historic Site. This is the second LED screen sponsored by the Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) for the site.
Vice Chairman Nguyen Huy Ngoc addresses the ceremony.
The 54-square-meter LED screen is a P6 digital display utilizing light-emitting diode technology with the highest technical standards and resolution currently available.
The completion and operation of this project just in time for the 2026 Hung Kings' Commemoration hold practical significance. Beyond being a technical installation, it provides quick, visual, and vivid information about history, culture, and festival activities. It also enhances propaganda and promotes the image of the Ancestral Land to compatriots nationwide and international friends.

Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Nguyen Huy Ngoc expressed his sincere gratitude for BIDV’s support for Phu Tho province. He noted that this is a clear testament to a socially responsible corporate culture that accompanies local authorities—especially in preserving and promoting the Worship of Hung Kings in Phu Tho, a Representative Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
The Vice Chairman emphasized that preserving and promoting the values of the Hung Temple Historic Site is not only the responsibility of Phu Tho but a particularly important and sacred political mission for the entire country, organizations, and every Vietnamese citizen. Through this, the nation’s ethical principles, cultural identity, and the power of great national unity are profoundly spread.
To ensure the project’s long-term effectiveness, the Vice Chairman requested the Management Board of the Hung Temple Historic Site to take over, manage, and operate the LED screen for its intended purposes. He urged the board to regularly update official, rich, and attractive content that aligns with historical and cultural values. Furthermore, he emphasized accelerating IT application and digital transformation in managing and promoting the site, contributing to making Hung Temple increasingly civilized and modern, worthy of its status as a Special National Historic Site.
