On the occasion of the Hung Kings“Commemoration Day and the Cultural-Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the Year of At Ty 2025, Phu Tho province welcomes millions of tourists from all over the country who come to pay tribute to the Hung Kings” merits. To further promote tourism, the province has directed various departments, branches, and localities to enhance trade, advertise, introduce, and connect the consumption of typical products, particularly those participating in the “One Commune, One Product” (OCOP) Program, thus helping to expand the market for these products.
The soy sauce products from the Bo Village Soy Sauce Cooperative in Thach Dong Commune, Thanh Thuy District, have attracted many tourists to visit and shop.
The trade fair serves as a bridge between enterprises, cooperatives, production facilities, customers, and potential partners. By participating in the fair, exhibitors have the opportunity to directly introduce typical products from each region and locality, including certified rural industrial products, OCOP products, agricultural items, small-scale industries, handicrafts, and more, to both local and international consumers.
Customers are guided through the process of steaming cassava cakes at the Au Co Trade Service Cooperative in Hien Luong Commune, Ha Hoa District.
Currently, at Bao Da Stadium in Viet Tri City, 250 booths at the Phu Tho Province Trade Fair and OCOP Products 2025 have attracted a large number of visitors and shoppers. The booth displaying products from Thanh Thuy District showcases a well-organized, attractive presentation that is easy to navigate. Ms. Tran Thi Phuong, Director of the Bo Village Soybean Cooperative, said, "For over 10 years, our cooperative has participated in numerous fairs, exhibitions, and product display events organized by both the province and the district. Through these events, we have been able to promote and introduce our products for free, which helps increase on-site consumption, reduce advertising costs, and boost profits. In just three days since the fair opened, we have sold nearly 500 bottles of soy sauce, with sizes ranging from 500 ml to 1,000 ml, priced at VND 40,000 per liter."
Not only focusing on displaying products, businesses, cooperatives, and production facilities also demonstrate their production processes, explain how to use their products, and organize promotional programs to attract customers' attention. Ms. Nguyen Thi Nhung, Director of the Au Co Trade Service Cooperative in Hien Luong Commune, Ha Hoa District, said, "At this year’s fair, we are presenting agricultural products that reflect the essence of Ha Hoa land, such as cassava cakes, pickled bamboo shoots with garlic and chili, peanut salt, and pickled cassava vegetables. We have prepared trial products for customers to taste, allowing them to experience the actual quality of our products, which helps to build trust and encourages them to make purchasing decisions."
As a key trade promotion event during the Hung Kings' Commemoration Day and the Cultural-Tourism Week of the Ancestral Land in the Year of At Ty 2025, the 2025 Trade Fair and OCOP Products Exhibition will take place from April 2 to April 8 (i.e., from March 5 to March 11 of the lunar calendar), with over 250 booths. At the same time, it provides a valuable opportunity for businesses and economic organizations to seek investment opportunities, sign trade contracts, and sell products to consumers."
Through the fair’s activities, the people of Phu Tho and visitors from across the country attending the Hung Kings' Death Anniversary can exchange cultural, trade, tourism, and service experiences.
