Phu Tho creates all conditions for Korean Enterprises to expand investment

On the morning of December 8th, Mr. Tran Duy Dong – Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) has a meeting with the leaders of BHFlex Vina Co., Ltd. to exchange information on the progress of the Company’s project in the province. Also attending the meeting were leaders from provincial departments, sectors, and units.

Expressing thanks to the Chairman of the PPC, the BHFlex Vina Co., Ltd. leader stated that throughout the investment process in the province, the company’s project has continuously expanded and developed, starting from an electronic components manufacturing plant invested in 2013 at Khai Quang Industrial Park with a total investment of 140 million USD, creating jobs for over 4,000 workers.

To date, the Company has developed an additional 5 factories in Phu Tho, creating employment for over 4,100 workers with an average income of about 13 million VND/person/month. The Company estimates contributing over 2 trillion VND to the State budget in 2025. The BHFlex Vina Co., Ltd. leader expressed the wish that the province would continue to create favorable conditions for the company to expand its investment project in the semiconductor sector at Khai Quang Industrial Park and provide support for human resources to serve the expanded production and business investment.

The Chairman of the PPC expressed his pleasure in welcoming and working with the Company’s leadership. He emphasized: In the coming time, Phu Tho hopes to continue to be the destination the company chooses to locate its manufacturing plant in Vietnam. The province is committed to creating the most favorable conditions for the enterprise to implement the semiconductor component manufacturing plant project in Phu Tho, as this is a sector consistent with the investment attraction orientation of Vietnam in general and Phu Tho province in particular.

Regarding the proposal for cooperation in training high-quality human resources for the project, the Chairman stated that the province has been and will continue to direct relevant sectors and training institutions to strengthen linkages and build training programs that meet the requirements of the semiconductor industry. The province encourages the signing of cooperation agreements between schools and enterprises during the training process to enhance overall quality in both theory and practice.

The Chairman of the PPC requested the Company to finalize procedures and commence the project expansion immediately in the first quarter of 2026. Concurrently, he assigned relevant departments and sectors to research and coordinate in signing an agreement to supply human resources to the enterprise, ensuring that the project’s labor needs are met promptly.
