Phu Tho Has 3 Cooperatives/People’s Credit Funds Honored and Receive the “CoopStar Awards” in 2025

On the occasion of Vietnam’s Cooperative Day on April 11th, the Action Month for Cooperatives, and the International Year of Cooperatives 2025, the Phu Tho Cooperative Alliance issued plans, regulations, and organized voting to honor exemplary cooperatives in 2025.

Hung Lo Rice Noodle Cooperative

As a result of the voting process, 2 cooperatives and 1 People’s Credit Fund were recognized as exemplary cooperatives at the provincial level for 2025. Additionally, all 3 units were nominated and voted as exemplary cooperatives nationwide. The Vietnam Cooperative Alliance awarded them certificates of merit and presented them with the “CoopStar Awards” for 2025.

The “CoopStar Awards” are aimed at recognizing and honoring cooperatives, cooperative unions, and People’s Credit Funds that have excelled in production, business, and have made significant contributions to the economic and social development of the country. It also honors the self-reliant and resilient spirit, hard work, creativity, and efforts to overcome challenges of the cooperative community in the development of collective economy.

The event to honor exemplary cooperatives and present the “CoopStar Awards” will take place at 8:00 PM on April 11th in Hanoi.

Phu Tho is proud to be one of the six provinces where all three of its cooperatives/ People’s Credit Funds have been honored and awarded. These include the Hung Lo Rice Noodle Cooperative, Thanh Lam Phu Tho Agricultural Food Cooperative, and the Thanh Son Town People’s Credit Fund.
