According to statistics from the Department of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, the province welcomed nearly 305,000 tourists, an increase of about 8.5% over the previous year. The average room occupancy rate reached over 70%, with some high-quality eco-resorts hitting 90-95%. Total tourism revenue is estimated at 311 billion VND, up by more than 10% compared to the same period in 2025.

Tourist destinations along Hoa Binh Lake in Da Bac Commune attracted large crowds in early 2026.
Overall, tourism activities across the province remained stable during the New Year holiday. Most visitors were domestic tourists traveling in family or friend groups, concentrated in key areas such as: Thanh Thuy Hot Springs, Hung Kings Temple, Au Co Mother Temple, Xuan Son National Park, Long Coc Tea Hill, Tam Dao, Dai Lai, Mai Chau, and Da Bac, as well as various eco-tourism, resort, and community-based tourism sites.
The number of tourists combining leisure with sports, particularly golf, continued to maintain steady growth. International tourists primarily engaged in short stays, sightseeing, community-based tourism experiences, and resort stays associated with industrial zones.
