Phu Tho: Welcoming over 13,800 Tourists on the First Day of the New Year 2025
On the first day of the new year 2025, tourism sites across the province welcomed around 13,800 visitors, with an estimated 4,200 staying overnight. The average room occupancy rate at local accommodations was about 53%. The total revenue from tourism activities in the province was estimated at 13.9 billion VND.
Most of the tourists concentrated at Phu Tho’s major attractions, including the Thanh Thuy Hot Spring Resort, the Hung Kings’ Temple Historical Relic Site, the center of Viet Tri City, the Au Co Mother Temple, the Xuan Son National Park, Long Coc Tea Hill, and other cultural and historical landmarks. Many visitors chose spiritual and pilgrimage tours, hoping for a peaceful and prosperous new year.
