Conditions for working in Korea are also very strict. Singapore, a country with a developed economy and a clean living environment, has attracted the attention of many workers. Up to now, Asian countries such as Japan, Korea, Singapore,... have always been familiar choices for workers. Rarely do people dare to challenge European countries. However, in recent years, the European labor market has received a lot of attention as workers have begun to realize the potential of this area. Since the pandemic, European countries have encountered a serious shortage of human resources and the need to recruit foreign workers has increased. Furthermore, recruitment conditions are also less strict and benefits tend to increase, so the European labor export market has become the ideal choice for many people. Compared to Asian labor export markets, salaries in European labor export markets are slightly higher for most occupations. In the past few years, many people have been interested in the labor export market in Germany, especially in the field of vocational study abroad. This is an attractive opportunity for people who want to study and work to earn extra income. Currently, the vocational study abroad program in Germany has been approved by the Government and stipulates that students between the ages of 15 and 18 can participate in vocational training.

Based on information about labor export markets, it can be seen that each market has its own advantages and limitations. Therefore, deciding which country to choose to export labor should be based on individual needs, aspirations and abilities. In addition, workers need to pay attention to the policies and costs related to labor export that each market sets each year. In particular, the cost level must be consistent with the financial conditions of the employee and family.
